The Belmont Stakes has a Tulsa horse running! Charitable Man will face nine rivals in the 1 1/2 mile "Test of Champions" Isn't he a good looking horse! Post time is at 5:27 this afternoon! I read once that there were more horses than people in Oklahoma?
