The Newlywed Game
Synopsis: Four husband-and-wife teams compete. The object calls for the wives to predict how their husbands answered certain questions, and vice versa. The team with the most correct answers is the winner and receives merchandise prizes.
We were married on July 28th 1973 in Albuquerque New Mexico @ 11 minutes past the hour of eight o'clock on a beautiful Saturday evening...the next day we left for our honeymoon to Hawaii!!! When we returned to the mainland we settled into a charming apartment on Sunset Blvd in Pacific Palisades California!
A few months later we starred on the actual TV show! We were couple #1 of the four positions...when the bonus question was put forth we "matched" and jumped from last place to first place! Steve & Jane Taylor...Couple #1 still... 36 years later!
P.S. We got a Happy Anniversary card today from Bob Eubanks....how cool is that!
