Built in 1928 by cinema legend Charlie Chaplin, the Inn was originally meant as an escape to paradise for Mr. Chaplin's closest Hollywood friends. Megan I escaped LA and drove up to have lunch at Montecito's yummy cafe (
exquisite California Nouveau cuisine) with DEAREST friend Dorothy Shaner! It was the day of the Royal Wedding and many of the ladies were donning fancy hats! Including ME!
It was a lovely lunch catching up on all of the Shaner family news! This beautiful fountain full of flowers will greet you when you enter the Montecito Cafe :)
